Cassie Josephson is fostering a cat named Blaze for the Regina Humane Society, helping the feline recover from multiple surgeries after he was discovered on Dec. 6 frozen on Highway 6. Josephson spoke on Friday about Blaze’s progress and the importance of rehabilitating rescued animals in foster care.
