Aurora Marinari, development coordinator with Carmichael Outreach, spoke on Wednesday after a fire at a temporary encampment destroyed several tents and a garage in the 1800 block of Halifax Street in Regina. Marinari said that the incident puts Regina's most vulnerable in a tough position heading into a snowy forecast.
