A new film, “One Day In December” by Peterborough’s L.A. Alfonso, features a unique point of view of the 1916 Quaker Oats explosion that rocked the city, made international headlines and claimed 24 lives. The film premiers this Sunday, December 11, 106 years to the day of the explosion itself.
