At the beginning of 2020, Moirae Choquette got a scholarship to visit Italy and study with world-renowned chef David Chang. She was about to embark on the journey of a lifetime when the pandemic hit. Now, this Indigenous entrepreneur has launched her own company and pivoted from food to wine. Choquette joined Global News Morning Edmonton to share her love of Lambrusco Wine.
