West Kelowna bylaw officer becomes target of racial harassment

A local bylaw officer and her employer, the City of West Kelowna, are speaking out tonight about a disturbing incident. The officer was merely doing her job earlier this week when she became the target of a racially motivated verbal attack. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, she hopes by sharing her story it helps stamp out these occurrences that have been in the news far too often lately.
