Kayla Demong, Executive Director of Prairie Harm Reduction spoke on Wednesday about offering temporary overnight shelter to Saskatoon’s unhoused to escape the cold. Demong says that the capacity of the overnight shelter is limited but visitors who are turned away are given extra clothing and supplies for the cold weather.
