Two fatal crashes in less than a week on a busy stretch of highway east of Peterborough has now sparked the demand for change. A business on Highway 7 has created a petition which has more than 3,000 signatures, calling for improved lighting along the stretch of highway and a reduced speed limit. Tricia Mason has more.
