Founder of Saskatoon’s Touching the Lives of Children @ Home (TLC@Home) campaign, Shelley James, spoke on Tuesday at Howard Coad Elementary School where volunteers distributed gifts to students. James says this holiday season will be the 17th year of making a difference in kids lives.
