Are Montreal schools’ active shooter drills up to par?

There have been some scary moments at several Quebec colleges recently, where schools were forced into lockdown over a possible threat. In the end, there were no active shooters in those cases but it got people nervous and begs the question, do schools know what to do in the face a threat? Global’s Felicia Parrillo reports.
