November 9, 2022
Josh Brandon, a community animator with the Social Planning Council of Winnipeg, spoke on Wednesday about the findings of the 2022 Street Census Report. Brandon says that according to data collected as part of the report, members of Winnipeg's unhoused population feel housing is unsafe, inadequate, and in most cases, unaffordable.
