On November 1, Quebec’s transport ministry told homeless people living underneath the Ville-Marie expressway in Montreal that they have 10 days to take down their tents and move. With only 48 hours left before the deadline, tensions are rising as the encampment has not budged. Global’s Olivia O’Malley reports.
