New Brunswick and Nova Scotia fisherman ask feds to allow sale of Class B licenses

A group of fishermen in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia are once again asking the federal government to change legislation forbidding them from selling their Class B licenses. Those licenses could be worth hundreds of thousands of dollars if they were allowed to sell them. Suzanne Lapointe explains.
