The B.C. government announced Monday that it has developed a new funding model for doctors in the province, ensuring all British Columbians can have access to a family doctor. In addition, the BCTF appears to have reached a new deal for its members. And, it was the first day of former Surrey Mayor Doug McCallum’s trial. He pleaded not guilty Monday morning.
