If you drive along the Turcot Interchange, it’s impossible not to notice graffiti covering the area. Some call it art, others an eyesore. Three years ago the City of Montreal agreed it was a problem, and promised to do something about it. Global’s Amanda Jelowicki checked on the site to see if any improvements have been made.
