During his second day on the stand at the Emergencies Act Inquiry, ex-Ottawa Police chief Peter Sloly had an exchange with Ottawa Police Services lawyer David Makovsky on the decision to replace his deputy amid confusion and disagreements regarding the handling of the convoy protest. Sloly insisted Makovksy’s notes on the series of incidents that led to the decision were inaccurate.
