Impact of inflation on Okanagan restaurants

Tough times call for tough measures as many Canadians drastically curb their spending as the country deals with high inflation and interest hikes. Here in the Okanagan, many are cutting back on social activities to soften the blow of the high cost of living–in particular dining out. And as Klaudia Van Emmerik reports that’s making it tough on restaurants–many of which are still recovering from the COVID-19 pandemic.
