Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe responded to questions on Thursday concerning an attendee at Wednesday's throne speech. Convicted wife-killer, Colin Thatcher, received an invitation form MLA Lyle Stewart to attend the throne speech. "I did see him, he's a pretty recognizable guy. I didn't think anything of it. I was thinking about my speech," Moe said. He continued, "let's be clear that this was an invitation from an individual and not the government."
