U.S. President Joe Biden urged Americans to get the bivalent COVID-19 vaccine, as he rolled up his sleeve to get the shot on Tuesday. The president said the Omicron variant-targeting vaccine was “a necessity to deal with” to ensure the U.S. doesn’t re-enter into a national emergency.
