Feeling isolated from a rare disorder that affects her hips and the way she was walking, 13 year old Ana began to experience depression and anxiety. Thankfully, grants from Variety helped cover counselling sessions to improve her mental health, and physiotherapy sessions to help her strengthen her muscles.
