Colleagues, family and police officers from across Canada gathered in Barrie on Thursday to remember two police officers killed in a shooting in Innisfil, Ont. As Sean O’Shea reports, Morgan Russell and Devon Northrup were remembered as funny, kind and dedicated officers.
