The daughter of slain police officer Const. Morgan Russell spoke at a funeral in Barrie, Ont., on Thursday where she paid tribute to her father for his bravery and integrity as a front-line police officer and how he always put his family first. “I don’t think I am capable of loving anyone as much as I loved my daddy,” she said. Russell, 54, was shot dead alongside Const. Devon Northrup while responding to a disturbance call last week.
