Nokia, the federal government and City of Ottawa announced plans Monday to expand the company’s facility into a research and development technology centre. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said up to $40 million will be invested by the federal government, with Ontario announcing $30 million, with Nokia funding the balance of the project.
