During his concession speech Saturday night, Kennedy Stewart says he congratulated mayor-elect Ken Sim and wished him good luck in guiding the city. He says he's proud of the work he's done after four difficult years. He talks about what was accomplished on issues such as affordable housing, the opioid crisis and the climate emergency.
