Ottawa resident Zexi Li, who was granted an injunction during the "Freedom Convoy" protests to get demonstrators to stop using vehicle horns, spoke during the inquiry into the government's use of the Emergencies Act about what she faced. She said she often was harassed for wearing a mask or told to "smile more" behind her mask, and said she was "living in fear" during what she called an "occupation."
