Residential area in Russia’s Belgorod hit by shelling, blamed on Ukraine

Russia is accusing the Ukrainian armed forces of shelling a residential area in the city of Belgorod, with its governor, Vyacheslav Gladkov, saying an apartment had been struck, but there was information on deaths or casualties. A Kyiv official later said a stray Russian missile was to blame.
