Abstract: Hundreds of volunteers will be spending a late night combing the streets of Montreal as the province-wide homelessness census makes its return after a nearly four year absence. The valuable data collected on the most vulnerable population is essential in understanding what homelessness advocates call a growing issue. Global’s Brayden Jagger Haines reports.
