U.S. President Joe Biden on Thursday granted pardons to all Americans who had been convicted under federal law for simple possession of marijuana. Biden is also urging state governors to do the same under state laws and asked the secretary of health and human services and the attorney general to review how marijuana is scheduled under federal law.
