A Montreal area woman who claims she was the victim of a phone scam is struggling to get her money back. She claims $15,000 was taken from her bank account and credit card after providing private information over the phone. The RCMP has noted a huge increase in reported cases of people being robbed in fraudulent schemes. As Global’s Tim Sargeant reports, the woman fears she won’t see any of her money returned.
