Rochelle Dubois, the mother of 9-year-old Baeleigh Maurice spoke with Global Saskatoon outside of the Saskatchewan Provincial Courts on Thursday. Just over a year ago, Baeleigh was struck and killed at a marked intersection on 33rd Street West. Taylor Kennedy, 28, is charged with impaired driving causing death. Kennedy’s next court appearance is scheduled for Nov. 30th.
