Bus riders in the Central Okanagan prepare for public transit strike starting Wednesday morning.

Despite 11th hour talks between the union representing Central Okanagan bus drivers and the employer, it appears a full blown public transit strike will go ahead starting tomorrow morning. Transit workers have been staging escalating job action for weeks and say the company has left them with no choice but to walk off the job. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, the strike will impact thousands of people, leaving some of them completely immobile.
