During the opening of the fall session on Monday, Speaker of the House Raj Chouhan tells members of the B.C. legislature that after much campaigning in the building, he will follow the Alberta legislature's lead and allow a cat. Chouhan then produced "Miss Hansard," named after the kitten in Edmonton, but she might not be what members hoped for.
