Calgary police warn of increase in ‘grandparent scam’ as 2 more people charged

Calgary police say three people have been charged in September alone in connection with a scheme known as the “grandparent scam.” They say there has been a sharp increase in reports. As Ina Sidhu reports, so far this year, $1.6 million has been stolen from Calgary seniors.
