Canada's Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland was asked about comments made by Russian President Vladimir Putin on Wednesday, in which he said Russia is mobilizing 300,000 troops and referenced nuclear weapons. "I do think we could be at a turning point in Russia's illegal invasion of Ukraine," she said adding, "they (Ukraine) are winning. Now is the time to double down on our support for them."
