BC RCMP’s Sgt. Chris Manseau provided an update on the ongoing investigations into the two cable cutting incidents at Squamish’s gondola in 2020 and 2019. Investigators say they believe the suspect is “extremely fit, knows the area well and has specific knowledge of what tools to use to cut the cables.” A reward has been doubled for any information leading to an arrest.
