Construction industry says Halifax noise complaint changes are not the right move

Halifax councillors voted to curb construction noise an hour and a half earlier on weeknights, to address a growing number of noise complaints. But as Ashley Field reports, industry stakeholders say that’s the wrong move, especially when housing units are desperately needed.
