The Pentagon on Tuesday reported that Russia is seeking ammunition from North Korea. Pentagon Press Secretary Brig. Gen. Pat Ryder said the move was indicative of Russia’s challenges in sustaining its invasion of Ukraine, which Moscow has called a “special military operation.”
