Forty-four-year-old Cliff Shim was out for a run with his dog when he suffered a cardiac arrest. A stranger who fortunately knew CPR, saw the dog and found Cliff. The stranger's quick action helped keep him alive until paramedics arrived. Then, at St. Paul's Hospital his lungs began failing.
