Manitoba RCMP’s Supt. Rob Lasson of the Major Crimes Services announced on Thursday that a suspect has been charged for the homicide of Bud Paul. Paul was initially reported missing in August 2020. A lengthy joint investigation with the Manitoba RCMP, Manitoba First Nations Police Service and the Winnipeg Police Service, as well as forensic resources from a RCMP lab in Ottawa, and another in the U.S., eventually led them to the arrest Aaron Mousseau of Winnipeg.
