Police in Bend, Ore. said on Monday that a gunman killed two people and then died from a self-inflicted gun wound after he went on a shooting spree with an AR-15-style rifle in a shopping centre parking lot and then inside a grocery store. The two victims were 84-year-old customer Glenn Edward Bennet and 66-year-old employee Donald Ray Surrett Jr., who was fatally wounded while trying to disarm the shooter. The shooter was identified as 20-year-old resident Ethan Blair Miller.
