‘This fight is far from over,’ Family of Soleiman Faqiri say coroner’s inquest next step for justice

For the third time, OPP have decided not to lay charges in the 2016 death of Soleiman Faqiri at a Lindsay jail.
Faqiri’s brother Yusuf says the “preposterous” decision goes against damning evidence from a 2021 pathologist report, but hope still lies when the Office of the Chief Coroner steps in.
