For the third time, OPP have decided not to lay charges in the 2016 death of Soleiman Faqiri at a Lindsay jail.
Faqiri’s brother Yusuf says the “preposterous” decision goes against damning evidence from a 2021 pathologist report, but hope still lies when the Office of the Chief Coroner steps in.
