Economist reacts to Alberta’s push for out-of-province workers

We’re taking a closer look at the United Conservative Party’s new campaign to recruit skilled workers to Alberta from B.C. and Ontario. “Alberta Is Calling” aims to sell our province’s lower taxes, housing affordability, shorter commutes and proximity to the Rocky Mountains.
