Most universities and colleges across Nova Scotia are welcoming students back to on-campus learning for the first time in two years. But with low vacancy rates and soaring rental costs, students say finding safe and secure housing is harder than it’s ever been – underscoring the need for increased supply, such as on-campus housing.
