Montrealers who use adapted transit told their caregivers can no longer accompany them

The STM says staffing shortages are to blame for a new rule meaning caregivers can’t accompany people with disabilities on adapted transit services in Montreal. The trips are essential for medical appointments and essential shopping trips. As Global’s Phil Carpenter reports, people with disabilities say the new restrictions may put them in danger.
