Speaking on Monday on the one-year anniversary since Kabul fell and the Taliban took over in Afghanistan, UN Deputy Special Representative, Resident and Humanitarian co-ordinator for Afghanistan Ramiz Alakbarov said 6.6 million people in the country are impacted by food insecurity.
