Russia’s deputy United Nations (UN) ambassador Vasily Nebenzya said during a UN Security Council meeting on Thursday that it fully supports a team of experts from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) inspecting the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear plant in Ukraine. He added, however, that it is not up to them, claiming that Ukrainian Armed Forces are continually shelling the plant and surrounding areas.
