From grey to “Hey!”: City of Kawartha Lakes bringing artwork to traffic control boxes

The City of Kawartha Lakes is brightening up its public spaces with some unique artwork.
Nine traffic control boxes near key intersections in the city will get an artistic makeover with designs made by local artists.
