Forest bathing: a 40 year old way to immerse in nature

It’s a practice started in Japan many decades ago.
Shinrin-yoku, or so-called forest bathing, is meant to be beneficial to your mental wellness.
At a time when many are losing touch with nature, one person thinks this practice will be great for a certain demographic.
