After learning about the Ford Government’s intention to increase the powers of Toronto’s Mayor, City Council debated how it should proceed with that plan. While many councilors cited concerns about a change in the power structure, others conceded the province will do as it pleases and attempted to get more out of the deal. Matthew Bingley reports.
