‘We need sustainable, predictable funding from Ottawa’: B.C. premier on meeting provincial health-care needs

B.C. Premier John Horgan said on Monday in Victoria at the annual gathering of Canadian premiers, that the provinces are struggling to have a dialogue with the federal government and find health-care funding solutions. Horgan says every province is coming up short and can’t currently count on a stable partnership with Ottawa to meet the needs of Canadians.
