Teen scholarship winner creates website to help new refugees in B.C.

A teenager from Vancouver was recently the recipient of a prestigious scholarship because of his extensive volunteer work in his community and a website he created that helps local immigrant communities navigate their new homes. Global News Weekend’s Mike Arsenault has more.
